With 20 years experience in the recruitment industry I am in an excellent position to help my clients achieve their career goals.
As a Senior Manager for a leading multi-national recruitment agency I delivered training courses on recruitment and selection methods to Recruitment Managers across the UK. I was successful in winning multi-million pound contracts to recruit for some of the country's leading employers. It was my responsibility to advise these companies on the whole selection and recruitment process. I also worked with job seekers - coaching them and delivering presentations on CV writing and interview techniques.
I then ran my own recruitment company, selecting and recruiting at management and senior management level on a national basis. This naturally evolved into the formation of CVElite.
